  1. Warranty terms and conditions only apply to brand-new bikes purchase from and assembled by authorized LITZMO dealers.
  2. LITZMO product warranty requests must be processed by authorized LITZMO dealers. In order to ensure excellent warranty service quality, please bring your product and warranty manual to an authorized LITZMO dealer for repair and maintenance.
  3. E-bike colors, specifications, and accessories are based on actual conditions at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to change specifications without notice.

  1. What should I do if my bike is damaged or malfunctions?
    If damage or malfunctions occur within the warranty period under conditions of normal use as specified in the user manual for your e-bike, we sincerely advise you to send your bike back to the authorized LITZMO dealer where you originally purchased it. Your original dealer will provide your with comprehensive after-sale services and maintenance inspections. It it is determined that quality issues stem from non-human factors such as process flaws or material defects, the disassembly, assembly, replacement, and delivery (confined to the main island of Taiwan) of frames and parts within the warranty period is free of charge. If you seek services from another dealer (not the original purchase location), you will be charged fees arising from part costs, maintenance labor costs, and shipping expenses in accordance with actual circumstances. Such dealers may also refuse to provide relevant services in line with warranty principles.
  1. Are there any limitations regarding warranty beneficiaries?
    Only the first purchaser of the product can be the beneficiary of this warranty provided that the product was purchased from an authorized LITZMO dealer. After resale or gifting of the product to the next owner, all warranty rights are forfeited.
  1. How long is the warranty period for LITZMO bike frames?
    We offer a three-year warranty on the structural integrity of the bike frame, shock-absorbing link, and rear triangle starting from the purchase date.
  1. How long is the warranty period for LITZMO forks?
    We offer a three-year quality warranty on our forks which is limited to installed forks (including shock-absorbing forks) of purchased LITZMO bikes or bike frame sets. Coverage is limited to material defects and process flaws. Wear and tear and damage from external force are outside the scope of this warranty.
  1. Is damage to my bike covered by my warranty?
    Damage or malfunctions of your LITZMO e-bike caused by accidents, natural disasters, improper assembly, abnormal use, utilization of parts not approved by the original manufacturer, or maintenance and repairs conducted by non-authorized dealers are outside the scope of the original manufacturer warranty.
  1. What are the requirements for applications for after-sale services within the warranty period?
    All products returned after customer complaints must be accompanied by the warranty manual affixed with the store seal of the authorized LITZMO dealer as proof of purchase. The identity of the original owner of the e-bike still within the warranty period must be confirmed by the authorized LITZMO agent to ensure entitlement to full warranty rights. In case of product exchanges or refunds, the sole LITZMO agent in Taiwan shall become the rightful owner of returned products.
  1. Are gear shift and brake parts installed on my purchased bike covered by this warranty?
    Branded parts installed on LITZMO bikes (e.g., shift and brake parts, front and rear shock absorbers, and wheel sets) are covered by international quality warranties. For more information about the warranty rights for your bike parts, please refer to the contents of the warranty policies adopted by the manufacturers of said parts in different countries.
  1. Are non-warranty-covered consumable parts available for my purchased bike and frame set?
    Every LITZMO e-bike has consumable parts. We provide no warranty services for such parts after sale. Please confirm the following detailed part list:
  1. Flywheel/chain wheel/pulley wheels/chain
  2. Brake shoes/disc brake pads
  3. Rims/steel wire spokes
  4. Tire casings/inner tubes
  5. Light set/reflector set
  6. Handlebar grips/tape
  7. Headset (including washers and bearings)/BB bearing/link bearing
  8. Paint coating/water mark stickers
    ※Please note that the aforementioned consumable parts are not covered by an original manufacturer warranty after sale.
