What payment methods are available?
Credit card and Apple Pay are accepted for online purchases. Payment methods available on physical retail channels are subject to merchant policies.
Online shipping method?
Shipping within the territory of Taiwan (excluding offshore islands)
- Professional technicians deliver your e-bike to your home and provide professional assembly services. Dedicated personnel confirm the integrity of your purchased e-bike and review relevant forms to verify vehicle and warranty information. After order placement, dedicated personnel will contact you to confirm the delivery time.
- Where store pickup is selected during online order placement, dedicated store personnel provide professional assembly services, confirm the integrity of your purchased e-bike, and review relevant forms to verify vehicle and warranty information.
Are there any regional shipping restrictions?
After online order placement, dedicated personnel will contact you by email or phone to confirm your shipping address and the shipping date. Communication is conducted at times convenient to you. Shipping is not possible to the following locations: Wulai, Shiding, Pinglin, Pingxi. Shuangxi, and Gongliao Districts in New Taipei City; Fuxing District in Taoyuan City; Wufeng, Jianshi, Guanxi, and Emei Townships in Hsnchu County; Taian, Nanzhuang, Shitan, and Sanwan Townships in Miaoli County; Heping District in Taichung City; Lunbei, Erlun, Gukeng, and Mailiao Twonships in Yunlin County; Renai, Xinyi, Yuchi, Zhongliao, Guoxing, and Lugu Townships in Nantou County; Alishan, Fanlu, and Dapu Townships in Chiayi County; Nanxi, Nanhua, Zuozhen, and Longci Districts in Tainan City; Namaxia, Taoyuan, Maolin, Qijin, Tianliao, Liugui, Jiaxian, and Shanlin Districts in Kaohsiung City; all districts of Pingtung County; all districts of Yilan County; all districts of Hualien County; all districts of Taitung County; all districts of Penghu County; all districts of Kinmen County; all districts of Lienchiang County and other specified locations such as public sector agencies, schools, airports, train stations, hospitals, certain mountain areas, and regions that cannot be reached by vehicle. A service fee of NT$ 200 per floor is charged at our discretion for delivery to the third floor or higher in buildings without elevators.
What is the warranty period?
Where malfunctions occur within the warranty period under conditions of normal use without any signs of external damage of impact, we will provide comprehensive after-sale services within the scope of the warranty policy. The warranty terms and conditions for parts and components are defined as follows:
- Scope of warranty for e-bike frame sets: The warranty covers damage to carbon fiber frames and forks of the LITZMO EM-05 series under conditions of normal use without any signs of external damage of impact. The warranty period is three years starting from the purchase date.
- Scope of warranty for components: The warranty covers damage to stem, stem cap, screws, and washers, handlebar, fork compression adjuster, seat post, seat post clamp, saddle, through axle, brake lever, shift lever, caliper, headset, bottom bracket, disc brake rim, steel wire, derailleur, hub, crank, kickstand, cargo rack, mudguard, and bike lights under conditions of normal use without any signs of external damage of impact. The warranty period is one year starting from the purchase date.
- Scope of warranty for the mid motor, motor cover, crankset, and speed sensor: The warranty covers damage under conditions of normal use without any signs of external damage of impact. The warranty period is one year or total mileage of 20,000 km (whichever is reached first) starting from the purchase date.
Cooling-off period for online purchases and returns
- Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, we accept returns and exchanges within seven days after product receipt. This cooling-off period is not a product trial period. Customers shall not return bikes after road use. Any return request made more than seven days after the purchase date will not be accepted.
- Please use the product with care after unpacking within the cooling-off period (non-trial period), Any damage or defects caused within this period affect your right to return or exchange the product. Please keep it in brand-new condition in its original packaging.
- Product returns and exchanges are only accepted if it is determined that flaws have been caused by non-human factors, non-conforming specifications, and new product defects.
- Please retain your original purchase receipt or invoice to facilitate the execution of product returns and exchanges by this Company. Only one return is allowed per order.
- If you wish to return your product, please notify customer service personnel by email or phone. Returns are only accepted if products are in brand-new condition with complete packaging, parts, giveaways, information, or purchase documents Please return your product to the specified location and indicate your name, address, phone number, and order SN on the packaging.
- Refund applications
- Credit card – refunds will be credited to your original credit card account.
- Actual specifications, colors, and appearances of all products sold on our online store may differ slightly due to image factors or color deviations on computer screens. In all such cases, the actual product shall prevail.
- Where returns are requested for reasons attributable to the buyer (no quality issues), the buyer shall bear all shipping costs. We will deduct the shipping charges from the purchase amount and refund the remainder to the buyer.
- Where exchanges are requested for reasons attributable to the buyer (no quality issues), the buyer shall bear all shipping costs. Shipping charges shall be payable in advance or on delivery.
Will fees be charged for product return to factory for inspection?
Inspections are conducted at designated stores (please refer to designated store locations on the website). Unless warranty issues or defects are present, fees for single inspections are charged in accordance with actual conditions. Please contact customer service if you encounter any issues with your product.
